Update

Last week we concentrated on the animatics. Ronan drew the storyboards, Leona did the temp track (recorded on mini discs using our own voices) and Dave pieced it all together in macromedia director. Keith did testing on the video footage and I'm onto the materials for the furniture in 3d. Im almost ready to start on the house itself. We spent all day thursday in the studio where we found an extra roll of green screen that we put on the floor. We filmed a good bit of test footage.

Still having a problem casting actors unfortunatetly as drama soc have still not gotten back to us but I have some back up ones organised from dkit.

At the moment Ronan, Leona and Dave are finished off the script and Im going to start emailing around looking for actors. Keith is doing some video tests ahead of our chromakey test on thursday.

We met with our tutors Declan and Tom on monday last week and they gave us loads of advice in particular about storyboarding which we need to start soon.

We are starting to get a bit behind on our work at the moment so I think as of next monday everyone needs to start coming in early and lunchtime/after lunch cos we will get much more work done that way and we really need to get some solid work done.

Keeping track of communications

(1) When sending any emails relating to the project, can we make sure to CC the whole team?
This way everyone is kept informed and up-to-date. Emails to lecturers, classmates, even each other should be viewable by everyone on the team.
